Wiring Standards

220V AC power cord

The use of three-core power cord, line cross-sectional area of 1.0 square
millimeters or more, and requires that the power supply must be grounded to avoid
power interference.

Wire from the electric lock to the controller

Use a two-core power cord with a wire cross section of 1.0 square millimeter or
more. If it is more than 50 meters, consider using thicker wire, or multi-strand
parallel connection, the maximum length is not more than 100 meters.

Door magnet to the controller line, it is recommended to choose two-core wire,
wire diameter of 0.22 square millimeters or more, such as no need to understand
the door opening and closing status or no need to door for a long time without
closing the alarm and break-in alarm, interlocking and other functions, the door
magnet line can not be connected.

Card reader to controller wire

The cross-sectional area of the card reader wiring is ≥ 0.22 square millimeters,
category 5 network cable, super category 5 network cable are available.

If you do not need the card reader through the sound and light feedback to
distinguish between legal and illegal cards, you can not connect BEEPER (blue) and
LED (brown), data lines Data1, Data0 each other for the twisted better;

The distance from the card reader to the controller should not exceed 100 meters,
and it is recommended to be within 80 meters. If the distance from the card reader
to the controller is more than 50 meters, it is recommended to thicken or
multi-stranded together with one strand to the card reader power supply, which
helps to improve the performance of the card reader.

Wire from button to controller

It is recommended to use two-core wire, wire diameter of 0.22 square millimeters
or more.

TCP/IP communication line and computer network wiring the same way, the
controller to the switch or HUB with ordinary network cable, the distance should
be less than 100 meters, the longer the distance on the line quality requirements.
It is recommended to use branded network cable.
